The TPC meeting will take place in Phoenix (AZ) on November 10, 2012.
The opening session will be in building SCOB 210. The breakout meetings will be in ECG building.
Participants may find here a webpage providing (i) an interactive map to locate the campus buildings, (ii) a printable map, and (iii) driving directions. A detailed map with directions from the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel to the SCOB is available here. A detailed map with directions from the Marriot Courtyard Hotel to the SCOB is available here. INFOCOM 2013 has a block of rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton Tempe for November 9th and 10th. The Sheraton is adjacent to the ASU campus where the TPC Meeting will be held.
The hotel is SOLD OUT over our dates.
To find other hotels near the ASU Tempe Campus search on “Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ USA” inHotels.com or Expedia.com. Be certain to sort your search by distance. You are responsible for your own transportation to/from your hotel to the meeting.
It is possible that a few rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton may become available between now and the meeting. To inquire about a reservation at the Four Points please email David Kolozar firstname.lastname@example.org. Be certain to tell him that you are with IEEE INFOCOM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to get a reservation or that the INFOCOM group rate of $119 USD plus 15.27% tax per night will be honored.
Please note The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel is walking distance to the on campus location for the TPC meeting. Therefore IEEE INFOCOM 2013 will only provide transportation from the hotel for individuals with special needs.
